Answer inbound calls from patients in a professional and friendly manner. Schedule, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments with doctors and healthcare providers. Respond to patient inquiries and provide accurate information regarding appointment availability. Maintain accurate patient information and appointment records. Ensure a positive patient experience through effective communication and timely assistance.

1–2 years of experience in customer service, preferably in a U.S. healthcare or call center environment. Excellent spoken English with a strong American English accent and clear pronunciation.

Experience handling inbound calls and appointment scheduling. Ability to manage patient inquiries professionally and efficiently.
